During this guided tour, you will visit the Salinas de la Concepción, the only active salt flats in Menorca, located in the bay of Fornells. Throughout the tour, we explain the landscape, biodiversity, and the artisanal process we use to produce our fleur de sel and virgin sea salt using only the sun, wind, and sea.
