The Salinas de la Concepción are in the Menorca Biosphere Reserve. They are also a Site of Community Importance, a Special Protection Area for birds and a Natural Area of Special Interest.
That is not a badge on the side. The water, the birds and the coastal plants belong to the same working day as the harvest.
