Natural Combo

Salt from the pans, at home. The Natural Combo brings together what comes from the Salinas de la Concepción, the only working salt pans in Menorca: one kilo of virgin sea salt and a 150 g tin of natural fleur de sel. Hand-harvested. Unrefined.

The sea salt is for everyday cooking. The fleur de sel goes on at the end, once the plate is on the table. Both come from the same landscape: sea, sun and wind over Ses Salines.
