Mill Combo

Salt from the pans, and the mill to grind it at the table. The Mill Combo pairs one kilo of virgin sea salt from the Salinas de la Concepción with the porcelain Peugeot mill, made for dry salt.

The salt is unrefined. It keeps the grain and the minerals of the Mediterranean. The ceramic mechanism grinds fine or coarse, according to the dish.
