Wood Combo

Two fleurs de sel on the table, each in its own bowl. The Wood Combo comes with the Sal de Menorca double wooden salt cellar, two spoons and two tins of fleur de sel. You choose both varieties when you order.

Natural, Herbs of Menorca, Picant or Smoked. All four are hand-harvested at the Salinas de la Concepción. The cellar keeps them in sight, unmixed.

In the order, pick the first and the second fleur. They can differ or match. Fleur de sel is a finishing salt: it goes on when you serve, not in the pan.

Origin of the salt: Menorca. Wipe the cellar with a dry cloth; it is not dishwasher-safe. To see the pans, there is a guided visit.
